for everyone
Category:Movies
Genre: Drama
It may not be an Oscar nominated film for Best Picture, but this first-rate drama surely has some room in my list. Enough for me to say that Ben Affleck is a lot better behind the camera than starring on it. This easily proves his excellence in writing and directing. The story and performances packs some serious punch. I know Im watching a very good film when I am shaking my head as a sign of approval. And what shook my head was the moral dilemma the film serves right at you. If you were Casey Affleck's character in the movie, what would you do? And till now, Im shaking my head.....

IMHO ...I'd leave the kid with Morgan Freeman and his wife to give her a better future/ life... sometimes the right thing to do isn't always right and this is were the conflict starts...that's why the best thing is to just follow what your heart says...

Siyempre pinanood namin sa home theater ni bro...It is indeed a moral dilemma. Whichever you choose, you are bound to do something wrong. If he chooses to not tell the authorities, he deprives the mother of her legal right to be with her child. If he chooses to tell the authorities, he deprives the child of a better future. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. Sana nga dun na lang siya kay Morgan Freeman...

**spoilers** The final scene says it all. and Casey's character Patrick cant undo it. He just have to live with his choice... (and my wife hollers....ano ba namang ending yan!! She hates not so happy endings....)
