I always cue up on this song in my Pod. It refreshes my thoughts. Its there to remind me how it is of a challenge to approach everyday or every moment as something new. The song poses a challenge......From the shift of all-awareness to self consciousness.....and how it is no easy feat trying to get up after another failure. The song recognizes that certain moment is sacred....and during that time, there is often resistance and sometimes tension....We lose ourselves sometimes in " Between who you are and who you could be"? and "Between how it is and how it should be"? But most of all....the song tells us how HERE and NOW is a powerful place to be.
